Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in contractor-side quantity surveying and tendering.
• Post-contract experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, and construction contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quantity Surveying-related software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender pricing.
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with tender submissions, negotiations, and post-tender activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams throughout the tendering process.
• Support contract administration and project cost management.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
• Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain project documentation and commercial records.
