📖 Job Description

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing cost estimation, site measurements, and contract-related documentation for fire protection and safety system projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail in handling project finances and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• NCT / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office

🧑‍💼 Experience

• Previous experience in fire protection / fire detection projects (preferred)
• Experience in LP Gas systems is an added advantage

🧠 Skills

• Strong communication skills (Sinhala & English) 🗣️
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and documentation skills

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Interim Payment Applications & Final Accounts
• Conduct site visits and quantity take-offs
• Perform cost calculations and analysis
• Handle variations and cost claims
• Prepare and manage subcontract agreements & payments
• Maintain proper contract and financial documentation
