Join a Legacy of Excellence! Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd. is hiring a Quality Controller.

Delmege Grip, a leading furniture manufacturer with over three decades of experience, specializes in high-quality Steel, Wooden, and Knockdown Furniture, as well as Office Seating Solutions. We are currently seeking a Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team at our Mabima factory.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Inspection: Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality issues or non-conformities.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to product specifications, drawings, and workmanship standards.

• Documentation: Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and corrective action documentation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to improve product quality.

• Audits: Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.

• Safety: Ensure health, safety, and quality procedures are followed at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Quality Management, Engineering, Production, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years experience in a quality control role, preferably in furniture, metal, or wood manufacturing.

• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.

• Skills: Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
