Qualifications & Experience

• Background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety within the industrial or medical gas sector.
• Sound knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Candidates residing in or near Kiribathgoda will have an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC systems across gas production, cylinder filling, and equipment supply operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Promote and strengthen a safety culture across operations and logistics teams.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to operational staff.
• Maintain and control all QA, QC, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation.
• Conduct gas analysis and purity testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives for quality and safety systems.
