Job Description

Asriel Marketing (Pvt) Ltd, a leading importer and distributor of premium food products, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting sales operations, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in quality assurance, FMCG, or manufacturing environments who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide solutions
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and quality-related clarifications
• Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality consistency
• Conduct product evaluations before dispatch
• Support new product development with quality insights

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and/or Sales/Marketing
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, Business, or related field
• Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
