Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and workflows
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, JUnit, or similar
• Familiarity with Python or SQL for data validation and testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in AI/ML model testing or data pipeline validation will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI/ML models and related applications
• Validate model performance using evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score
• Perform data quality checks including consistency, completeness, and integrity validation
• Identify model biases, anomalies, and performance issues across datasets
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers to understand expected model outcomes
• Conduct regression testing whenever models are retrained or updated
• Automate testing processes for model validation and data pipelines where applicable
• Monitor model outputs and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports on model performance, quality issues, and defect tracking

Required Skills

• Software QA and testing expertise
• Knowledge of AI/ML model validation techniques
• Python and SQL skills for testing and data validation
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
