Epic Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of Project Manager / Associate Project Manager to join their team in the Fintech domain.

Competencies & Requirements

• Education: Must possess a Degree or MSc in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Project Management.

• Certification: A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Development and/or Project Management.

• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Payment Solutions is preferred.

• Technical Understanding: Should have an understanding of software development technologies and solution architecture, including Java Technologies, MVC Architecture, Multi-tier Architecture, Open Architecture, Oracle, MYSQL, and Big Data.

• Methodologies: Must have a good understanding of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

• Project Lifecycle: Experience in the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Controlling of software projects.

• Documentation: Experience in proposal writing, covering both technical and financial aspects.

• Quality Assurance: Understanding of QA needs and processes, including Functional, Regression, Performance, and Automation Testing.

• Communication: Must be an excellent communicator with fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
