Vella Corporate (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator for a full-time position based in Ella.

Job Overview

The selected candidate will act as the central point of contact for contractors, consultants, and clients to bridge the gap between planning and execution. The primary goal is to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.

• Progress Monitoring: Track project schedules, monitor on-site progress, and prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.

• Technical Documentation: Manage the lifecycle of shop drawings, material approvals, and RFIs to prevent bottlenecks.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, contract requirements, and safety protocols.

• Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in overall delivery, tracking correspondence, and managing documentation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Experience: 3–5 years in construction project coordination with a firm grasp of construction sequences and BOQs.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel/Word).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments with multiple contractors.
