Job Description

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating project activities under the Health System Enhancement Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring alignment with project objectives.

This role is suitable for experienced professionals with strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely implementation
• Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of project components
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
• Liaise with stakeholders, government institutions, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and administrative procedures
• Support procurement, logistics, and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following qualification pathways:

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant area

OR

Option 2:

• NVQ Level 7 certification from a recognized Technical/Vocational Training Institute
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

OR

Option 3:

• NVQ Level 6 certification from a recognized Technical/Vocational Training Institute
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

OR

Option 4:

• NVQ Level 5 certification from a recognized Technical/Vocational Training Institute
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
