Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in web platform management, television broadcast operations, or related technical environments.
• Strong understanding of website management, web development processes, CMS platforms, hosting environments, cloud infrastructure, CDN technologies, streaming platforms, server management, and backup/recovery systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, frontend/backend workflows, APIs, analytics platforms, and digital media systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and infrastructure management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud/server infrastructure, hosting environments, backups, and disaster recovery processes to ensure platform availability.
• Oversee continuous website development, including architecture, feature enhancements, integrations, layout improvements, and user experience optimization.
• Plan and optimize storage infrastructure for efficient content management, digital asset archiving, and accessibility.
• Monitor, test, and troubleshoot website functionality, streaming services, and platform performance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and implement audience analytics and performance measurement systems to improve customer engagement and digital performance.
• Lead strategic planning and innovation initiatives to align digital platforms with evolving market trends and audience expectations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and development teams to improve platform capabilities, streaming reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for digital production and platform management.
