Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in production operations.
• Strong knowledge of production efficiency, product quality management, and health and safety regulations.
• Technical knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Hot Filling operations.
• Understanding of production planning, process optimization, and manufacturing performance management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, 5 Why Analysis, and OEE improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems, material management, and inventory control.
• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), GMP, CCPs, and OPRPs.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS).
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production line operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Optimize machine utilization, product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor production process parameters while minimizing downtime, rejects, and production losses.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards through process control, SPC monitoring, inspections, and defect reduction initiatives.
• Manage manpower allocation, casual labour deployment, overtime planning, and workforce productivity.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts utilization, and inventory while minimizing waste.
• Support cost reduction initiatives to improve operational profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Implement GMP and 5S practices while supporting emergency response procedures and workplace safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve production performance and first-pass yield.
