Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in developing and executing category management strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and category management software/tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective product and category management strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to drive business growth.
• Manage product portfolios to maximize profitability and market share.
