Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
• Experience managing diabetes-related brands will be a strong advantage.
• Proven success in managing marketing teams and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth.
• Experience in building strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies for assigned pharmaceutical brands.
• Drive brand growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand positioning.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and recommend strategic improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing plans, promotional activities, and business performance reports.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
