Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination with a pass in Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L Examination.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent command of both English and Sinhala languages.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer relationship management and supplier management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance operations and processes.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and manage maintenance budgets.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate according to required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and resolve maintenance issues.
• Manage repair and installation activities efficiently.
• Ensure all employees comply with workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate procurement activities related to maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
