The Plant Manager will oversee the Free Flow Salt Powdering Plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, safety, and proper management of staff. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain smooth plant functionality.

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following:

1️⃣ Degree Path

• Degree in:
  • Physical Science
  • Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • OR any relevant field recognized by UGC

AND

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant field

2️⃣ NVQ Path

• NVQ Level 7 (or higher) in:
  • Mechanical / Automobile or related field

AND

• Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • Public sector / Corporation / Statutory Board / Reputed organization

🧠 Skills

• Strong leadership and team management
• Technical knowledge in plant operations
• Ability to maintain safety and efficiency standards

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 81,710/-
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
• Professional Allowance: Rs. 25,000/-
• Telephone Allowance: Rs. 2,000/-
