Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of four years of commercial banking experience.
• Experience in branch operations with exposure to pawning activities.
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Handle all pawning activities at the branch efficiently and accurately.
• Support branch operational functions when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all pawning transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pawning operations.
• Assist in achieving operational excellence and branch service standards.
• Work collaboratively with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
