Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of four years of commercial banking experience.
• Experience in branch operations with exposure to pawning activities.
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all pawning activities at the branch efficiently and accurately.
• Support day-to-day branch operational functions when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while processing pawning transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all pawning transactions.
• Assist in maintaining operational excellence and service quality within the branch.
• Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve operational objectives.
