Job Role

The selected candidate will lead and supervise operational activities across multiple business units while ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of a petrol station, car service center, and café
• Managing staff rosters, attendance, and performance across departments
• Maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving service-related issues promptly
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying revenue growth opportunities
• Overseeing inventory management and maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards across all areas
• Maintaining food quality and safety compliance according to regulations
• Preparing operational, financial, and inventory reports
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives for business performance
• Building strong relationships with existing corporate clients
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management
• Additional qualification in Finance will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in managing cafés or restaurants
• Strong ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on targets and performance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of logistics systems and MS Office applications
