Qualifications & Experience

• National Certificate in Engineering Draughtsmanship (NCED) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in MEP drafting using the latest version of AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ability to prepare detailed engineering drawings accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural designs.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and engineering standards.
• Support engineers and project teams with drafting requirements.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and document revisions.
• Assist in resolving drawing-related technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality drafting work.
