Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry, with exposure to restorative, implant, or surgical dentistry.
• Experience in the medical devices, dental devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern dental procedures, technologies, and clinical practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to conduct product training, workshops, seminars, and educational programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prepare scientific and educational presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and scientific support for the company’s dental product portfolio.
• Drive product launches and business growth initiatives.
• Conduct product training programs for sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Organize scientific meetings, workshops, seminars, and educational programs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
• Support business development by leveraging clinical expertise and market knowledge.
• Monitor emerging dental technologies, treatment trends, and market developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial and medical objectives.
