Qualifications & Experience
- Expected qualification in PharmD, M.Pharm, PhD, MSc, MBBS, BDS, or an equivalent healthcare or life sciences qualification.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison, preferably in Oncology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and scientific data.
- Ability to work independently in a cross-functional and global environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good understanding of medical affairs, clinical research, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute medical affairs strategies for the oncology product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional local teams.
- Serve as a scientific expert and trusted partner to oncologists, hematologists, investigators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate high-quality, non-promotional scientific discussions and medical education activities.
- Generate and communicate actionable medical insights from the field.
- Support evidence generation initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology therapies, treatment guidelines, and the competitive landscape.
- Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, regulatory requirements, and the company’s Code of Conduct.
- Strengthen scientific partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders.
