Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Material Technician or Laboratory Technician in road construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, laboratory testing procedures, and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with highway construction materials and testing methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory and field testing of construction materials used in road projects.
• Conduct quality control tests on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials.
• Record and maintain accurate test results and laboratory documentation.
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist engineers with material inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor material quality throughout the construction process.
• Prepare technical reports related to material testing.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and safety procedures.
