📝 Job Description
The Marketing Officer – Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC will be responsible for driving leasing and lending business growth, meeting assigned targets, and expanding the customer base through effective field marketing activities. This role requires strong communication skills, field engagement, and a performance-driven mindset.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve leasing and lending business volume targets within the specified timeframe
- Conduct field marketing, customer acquisition, and promotional activities
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and support lending decisions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote Singer Finance products and services in assigned areas
- Engage in extensive travel and fieldwork to support business growth
🎓 Qualifications
- GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Level (A/L) qualifications
- Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, leasing, loans, or lending
- Proven experience in credit evaluation will be a strong advantage
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Willingness to engage in extensive travel and fieldwork
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
🎂 Age Limit
- Between 23 – 35 years
