📖 Job Description

LAUGFS Rubber, a leading manufacturer exporting to over 50 countries, is seeking a results-driven Stores Manager to manage inventory systems and ensure smooth material flow across operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, and consumables
• Ensure adherence to reorder levels (ROL) and coordinate procurement with central purchasing
• Manage order follow-ups and maintain accurate ETA records
• Utilize SAP system for inventory management and reporting
• Conduct periodic and annual stock counts to ensure accuracy
• Train and develop team members to improve performance
• Oversee administrative functions related to store operations

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔️ Educational Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

✔️ Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity

✔️ Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP preferred)
• Background in material handling and industrial systems
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (added advantage)
