Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Have a strong understanding of:
  • Supply chain methodologies.
  • Social compliance standards.
  • Quality management systems.
• Demonstrate proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Supply Chain Management.
  • Retailer Programme Management.
  • Auditing and Auditor Management.
  • Business Development and Target Achievement.
  • Client Account Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local Retail Business Services (RBS) team to achieve business growth and financial targets.
• Develop and expand the customer portfolio while assuming accountability for business profitability.
• Define and implement country-level RBS strategies in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Identify current and future client needs and develop service solutions aligned with global RBS policies.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives through commercial and technical expertise.
• Work closely with key accounts and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure operational excellence and best-in-class execution across all RBS activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business units, and external stakeholders.
• Manage resources effectively to deliver services accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Uphold SGS values, integrity, compliance requirements, and health and safety standards.
