DFCC Bank, a leading commercial bank in Sri Lanka, is seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to manage and expand its Margin Trading and Capital Market products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Bank’s Margin Trading and Capital Market product portfolio
• Ensure systems and processes are aligned with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Support implementation of policies, procedures, and system improvements
• Identify and maximize long-term revenue opportunities
• Grow the Capital Markets portfolio and improve overall profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to support future capital market products

This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, compliance, and investment banking operations.

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔️ Educational Requirements

• Degree or full professional qualification in Finance, Marketing, Banking, or related field

✔️ Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in credit management
• Exposure to margin trading and capital markets (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and sector-specific economic factors
• Understanding of capital market operations, legal frameworks, and SEC guidelines
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
