Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university or professional institution.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in deposits mobilization within a banking or non-banking financial institution.
• At least 2–3 years of managerial experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills with a proven record of achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the branch deposit portfolio in line with business objectives.
• Drive the growth of Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), and Savings products.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers to expand the branch deposit base.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
• Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Promote the organization’s deposit products and services to drive business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to branch expansion initiatives.
• Report directly to the Head of Deposits and support strategic business development activities.
