Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka.
• Computer literacy is considered a required qualification.
• Applicants should be below 35 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing marketing and sales strategies.
• Support product promotions and brand development activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare marketing reports and sales performance summaries.
• Assist in customer relationship management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Perform other duties assigned as part of the management trainee programme.

• Strong knowledge of marketing management principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
