🧾 Job Description

As part of the immigration legal team, you will work on visa applications, legal documentation, and client advisory services. This role involves a combination of legal research, case handling, and document preparation to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and case updates
• Handle administrative oversight including visa deadlines and compliance
• Manage appeals and reconsideration cases when applications are rejected
• Perform case assessments based on client eligibility and background
• Compile and verify legal documents such as:
  • Civil records
  • Financial documents
  • Medical reports
  • Academic transcripts

🧠 Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in Law (office environment preferred)
• Must be bilingual (English + Sinhala or Tamil)
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Good communication and client-handling abilities
• Previous experience in an immigration office is an added advantage
