Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Certificate of Proficiency in one of the following fields:
  • Food Technology
  • Food Nutrition
  • Quality Management
  • Laboratory Management
  • Chemistry
• Qualification should be not below National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5.
• The qualification must be issued by a Technical or Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
• Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and finished dairy products.
• Perform quality control inspections in accordance with company standards.
• Record, analyze, and maintain laboratory test results accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Assist in identifying product quality issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Prepare laboratory reports and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management systems.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control practices.
• Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain laboratory records and reports.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 46,960
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800
