📝 Job Description
Softlogic Life Insurance PLC is seeking a Junior Executive – Product Development to support the end-to-end product development process while ensuring full compliance with Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL) guidelines, circulars, and regulatory requirements.
The selected candidate will assist with product documentation, regulatory submissions, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate compliance records across multiple languages.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Support the product development process in full compliance with IRCSL guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing and updating product specifications, policy documents, and supporting materials
- Maintain accurate and well-organized product, regulatory, and compliance documentation (hard & soft copies)
- Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement product and documentation updates
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in responding to IRCSL inquiries and submissions
- Assist in preparing and lodging product documentation with regulatory authorities and internal committees
- Support product development meetings by preparing materials and maintaining meeting minutes
- Ensure accuracy of content, translations, records, and assist with audit-related documentation
🎓 Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Insurance, Law, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in insurance, compliance, or product-related functions will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of IRCSL guidelines, circulars, and regulations, or the ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
