Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Part or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• Mandatory exposure to credit operations and lending processes.
• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage associated risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline banking operations and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Participate in business development initiatives and stay updated on industry and market trends.
