Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage third-party motor insurance claims from initial notification through final settlement.
• Investigate claims, assess liability, and ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with lawyers, surveyors, and third parties on claim-related matters.
• Manage and monitor litigation procedures, including court cases and settlements.
• Prepare and submit accurate claim reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain proper claim records and ensure timely updates to claim management systems.
• Negotiate settlements with third parties while minimizing claim costs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IRCSL regulations and company policies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably in motor claims handling.
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance, third-party claims, and litigation procedures.
• Experience in legal documentation and court-related processes will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of insurance policy wordings, endorsements, and claim settlement procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.
