Job Summary

The Junior Executive – Logistics will support warehouse performance, inventory management, logistics process optimization, Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, warehouse safety, and automation projects. The role also involves supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse performance and implement initiatives to improve picking and issuing accuracy, minimize product damage, and enhance Value-Added Services (VAS) and e-commerce operations.
• Support the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives.
• Conduct regular warehouse safety audits and ensure the timely removal of black-coded inventory.
• Promote warehouse safety standards, conduct safety inspections, and implement forklift safety improvements.
• Drive process automation initiatives, including QR code integration and enhanced tracking and inspection systems.
• Identify operational challenges, provide system support, and conduct user training to ensure effective adoption of warehouse processes and systems.
• Support warehouse process improvements through Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Assist in inventory control and warehouse performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Power BI
  • Digital automation tools
  • Data analysis
  • Lean and Kaizen methodologies
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics planning, safety compliance, operational reporting, and audit processes.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership potential.
