We Are Hiring! Softlogic Finance PLC is looking for a Junior Executive – IT Infrastructure Support.

The Profile (Responsibilities)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, PABX, network connectivity, printer, and software issues reported to the service desk.

• Maintenance: Perform software updates as required.

• Backups: Obtain end-user backups when necessary.

• Projects: Participate in special IT projects as assigned.

• Inventory: Maintain all IT equipment and ensure inventory records are kept up to date.

The Person (Requirements)

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Associate Diploma in Computer Technology or a related field.

• Age: Age below 30 years.

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to completing assigned tasks on time.

• Attributes:

  • High level of commitment to quality and confidentiality.

  • Willingness to work outside regular office hours and attend to urgent requirements on short notice.
