📝 Job Description
HNB Finance PLC is seeking a Junior Executive – Treasury to support treasury and finance operations by handling regulatory reporting, liquidity management, fund transfers, and investment portfolio activities. The selected candidate will work closely with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in treasury functions.
This role is ideal for candidates pursuing professional qualifications in finance and accounting and seeking exposure to treasury operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update CBSL reports with 100% accuracy
- Handle daily and monthly fund transfers, journal vouchers, and liquidity tracking
- Oversee borrowings, investments, and loan interest payments
- Update and reconcile the investment portfolio
- Ensure compliance with bank account documentation and fund transfer procedures
- Draft Board Papers, Committee Papers, and ALCO meeting minutes
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Support overall Finance Department operations
🎓 Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Finance OR part / full qualification in CIMA / ICASL / ACCA
- 1–2 years’ experience in the finance field (equivalent combinations will be considered)
