Qualifications & Experience

• Six passes at G.C.E. O/L or London O/L, including a “C” pass in Mathematics.
• Minimum 2 passes at G.C.E. A/L or completion of a UGC-approved A/L equivalent foundation course.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance) or a part qualification in CA, CIMA, AAT, or ACCA.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP will be a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer billing information for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor billing activities and coordinate with operational teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and recommend recovery actions where necessary.
• Monitor customer credit limits and support credit control functions.
• Investigate invoice disputes and payment-related issues with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide information to the shared services team for receipting activities.
• Maintain accurate customer master data within the ERP system.
• Monitor doubtful debts, prepare bad debt analyses, and recommend provisions or write-offs.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and finance-related audit queries.
• Prepare periodic reports relating to invoicing and accounts receivable.
