📝 Job Description
Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking a Junior Executive – Non-Motor Claims to handle miscellaneous lines of business insurance claims efficiently and accurately. The selected candidate will be responsible for claims documentation, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and timely resolution of claims while maintaining Allianz service standards.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and prior exposure to general insurance operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-motor insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Prepare clear and professional claims documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Negotiate claims and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and claims procedures
🎓 Qualifications / What You Bring
- Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Management, or a related field
- Fair knowledge of General Insurance
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good understanding of agreements, outsourcing, and third-party risk
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an added advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
