Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Maldives visa regulations will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative responsibilities.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company visa processes and maintain accurate visa records.
• Oversee employment quota applications, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including air ticket bookings and accommodation.
• Administer employee accommodation, lease agreements, renewals, and landlord coordination.
• Maintain company vehicle records, registrations, insurance, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise office cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Assist with regulatory documentation, including airport passes, licences, and permits.
• Manage office supplies and procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Handle staff and vehicle insurance administration, including renewals and claims.
• Support general administrative functions, asset tracking, contract management, and staff support services.
