We Are Hiring! Teardrop Hotels is looking for a Junior Creative Designer.

Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 9 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, and a restaurant in the heart of Colombo. We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer based at Rajagiriya.

Role Overview

Join our Creative Team at Teardrop Hotels as a Junior Creative Designer, where you’ll help to elevate our brand’s distinctive identity, across our print and digital platforms.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Design: Assist with designing menus, in-room collaterals, flyers, and other branded materials.

• Digital Content: Create engaging social media and campaign creatives.

• Concepts: From brainstorming fresh concepts to selecting and retouching images.

• Content Creation: Play an active role in crafting visually compelling content.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A qualification in Graphic or Visual Design.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Industry Passion: A passion for creativity within the hospitality space.

• Added Advantages: Knowledge of video editing, photography, or videography is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Must be organised, collaborative, and able to work to timelines.

• Travel: Excited to travel to our properties for shoots and design needs.
