Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA, or a degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 passes at G.C.E. Ordinary Level, including a Credit (C) pass in Mathematics.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the finance field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP will be a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Verify supplier invoices for completeness, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Process vendor payments and perform quality checks to ensure payment accuracy.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve Accounts Payable queries.
• Perform month-end Accounts Payable activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and support internal and external audits.
• Monitor operational performance and maintain relevant trackers.
• Identify opportunities to improve Accounts Payable processes and operational efficiency.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-training, and other finance-related duties as assigned.
