📍 Colombo 03, Sri Lanka

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software & networking)
• 🖨️ Install & maintain computers, printers & IT equipment
• 🌐 Manage LAN/WAN networks & internet connectivity
• 📊 Monitor system performance & ensure smooth operations
• 💹 Support financial/trading systems used in investment operations
• 💾 Perform system backups & assist data recovery
• 📧 Manage email systems & user accounts
• 🔐 Implement IT security policies & protect company data
• 📦 Maintain IT inventory (hardware & software)
• 🤝 Coordinate with vendors for IT services & repairs

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Option 1 (Degree Path)

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science
• ⏳ Minimum 1 year experience in IT (Bank / Finance / Company)

OR

Option 2 (Experience Path)

• 📘 G.C.E O/L (with Maths credits) + A/L passes
• 📜 Professional qualification (IT related)
• ⏳ Minimum 3 years experience in IT field
