Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• School leavers following relevant professional qualifications may also be considered where applicable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Previous internship or administrative experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of office facilities and workplace operations.
• Support maintenance coordination and vendor management activities.
• Help monitor office assets and facility-related documentation.
• Coordinate routine inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with health, safety, and workplace compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth facility operations.
