Job Description

Internal Auditor – Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation

Qualifications for External Candidates (Option 1 or 2):

• Option 1: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Management, Commerce, or a relevant subject recognized by the UGC, along with a minimum of one year post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.

• Option 2: Passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute relevant to the post, along with a minimum of one year post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates (Option 1 or 2):

• Option 1: Must meet the qualifications outlined for external candidates.

• Option 2: Completion of a minimum of five (05) years of satisfactory service in a Junior Manager (JM) category post in the relevant subject area within the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation.

Age Limit & Selection Process:

• Age: Between 22 and 45 years. (Note: The upper limit is waived for internal candidates).

• Selection: Based on a structured interview assessing relevant additional experience (30 marks), educational qualifications (30 marks), other achievements (15 marks), and interview performance (25 marks).

Benefits & Allowances:

• Basic Salary Step: Rs. 81,710/- (As per Schedule ii of Management Services Circular No.01/2025) plus approved Government Allowances.

• EPF (up to 12% employer, 10% employee) and ETF (3% employer) contributions.
