Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate or recently completed a degree in:
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • or a related field from a recognized university.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
• Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and colour matching.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing packaging materials, including labels, cartons, and promotional packaging.
• Support artwork creation and modifications in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to source packaging materials and obtain quotations.
• Maintain and update packaging specifications and related documentation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify packaging trends and innovations.
• Support packaging cost analysis and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, quality assurance, production, and other internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.
