What You Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Customer Insights: Gather customer insights specifically for Customer Research surveys.

• Research Objectives: Work toward achieving research objectives set by the company to provide excellent service to Allianz Lanka customers.

• Interviews: Conduct research interviews with external customers.

• Data Management: Handle record keeping and database management.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Education: A degree, or a full/part professional qualification in Business Management, Management, Statistics, Marketing, or any other relevant field.

• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office Packages.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
