Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate or an individual pursuing a professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Canva will be an added advantage.
- Previous exposure to projects related to Employer Branding or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing Talent Acquisition activities.
- Assist with Employer Branding initiatives.
- Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) projects.
- Coordinate HR-related activities and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR communications.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various ongoing projects.
- Perform assigned administrative and operational HR tasks.
