Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Full or part qualification in CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on vendor open items and update advance and pending payment trackers.
• Arrange TT payments, TT-related withholding tax (WHT) payments, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Review and finalize employee settlement documents.
• Monitor and verify monthly GR-IR status.
• Reconcile capital expenditure (CAPEX) transactions and validate monthly asset verification by department.
• Print and distribute fixed asset stickers as required.
• Support insurance and inventory analysis activities.
• Assist the finance team with daily accounting and financial administration tasks.
