• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business & system requirements
• Support product ownership activities (backlog grooming & roadmap planning)
• Conduct research to identify process and system improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional solutions
• Participate in stakeholder meetings & workshops
• Help prepare functional specifications & test cases
• Assist in solution validation
• Contribute to user training & documentation
• Follow Agile / Scrum practices
• Act as a bridge between technical teams & business stakeholders

🎓 Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in:
  • IT
  • Software Engineering
  • Business Information Systems
  • Or related field
• Basic understanding of:
  • Software development concepts
  • Business analysis practices
