Required Qualifications
- BSc in Nursing (mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing / Nursing Education / Healthcare Management (preferred)
- 8–10 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in academic / training / leadership role
- Valid nursing registration / license
- Strong knowledge in curriculum development and nursing education standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall Nursing School operations
- Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and training schedules
- Supervise lecturers, instructors, and students
- Ensure academic discipline and training quality standards
- Coordinate clinical training with hospitals and healthcare departments
- Maintain regulatory and institutional compliance
- Improve academic quality and student success outcomes
- Drive development and growth of the Nursing School
