Required Qualifications

• BSc in Nursing (mandatory)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing / Nursing Education / Healthcare Management (preferred)
• 8–10 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in academic / training / leadership role
• Valid nursing registration / license
• Strong knowledge in curriculum development and nursing education standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall Nursing School operations
• Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and training schedules
• Supervise lecturers, instructors, and students
• Ensure academic discipline and training quality standards
• Coordinate clinical training with hospitals and healthcare departments
• Maintain regulatory and institutional compliance
• Improve academic quality and student success outcomes
• Drive development and growth of the Nursing School
